About the job
About the Role
As a member of the Founder's Office, you will be the bridge between high-level vision and operational excellence. The moment our B2B Growth team secures a partnership, you take the baton - becoming the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and ultimate owner of the partner's success. Every commitment made on paper, you turn into a seamless, high-impact reality.
This role is far more than managing a checklist. You will navigate internal Business Units (BUs), align complex Standard Operating Procedures, and ensure our partners view us as an indispensable extension of their own team. If you thrive in ambiguity, lead through influence, and get satisfaction from making big things actually work - this is your seat.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Partnership Management. Take full ownership of the partner lifecycle post-onboarding - driving partner experience, retention, and the overall success of every collaboration.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration. Act as the connective tissue between the partner and internal teams. Work closely with BU Heads across Care, Product, and Operations to align workflows with the SLAs and health outcomes promised to the partner.
- Operational Excellence (SOPs & SLAs). Define, implement, and continuously monitor the Standard Operating Procedures required to deliver on partnership goals. Ensure internal delivery consistently meets the Service Level Agreements committed during the sales process.
- Communication & Reporting. Lead all partner communications. Build and share comprehensive scoreboards and performance dashboards that provide transparency on business metrics, health outcomes, and project milestones.
- Revenue & Commitment Delivery. Ensure all contractual obligations are met to trigger timely payments. Proactively identify and unblock hurdles that prevent us from delivering on our value proposition.
- Founder's Liaison. Provide regular strategic updates to the Founder on partnership health - surfacing risks early and proposing solutions to scale the B2B ecosystem.
What We're Looking For
- The “Owner” Mentality. You don't wait for instructions. You see a gap in the process and you bridge it. You feel personally responsible for the partner's ROI.
- Stakeholder Management. You can navigate a room full of BU Heads, influence without direct authority, and align everyone toward a common business metric.
- Data-Driven Rigor. You are comfortable living inside scoreboards. You translate raw data into a narrative that proves value to a partner.
- Precision Communication. Whether it's a high-stakes email to a partner CEO or an internal Slack note to a care lead, your communication is clear, professional, and results-oriented.
- Project Management Expertise. A proven track record of managing complex, multi-layered projects where missing a deadline isn't an option.
Education, Experience & Technical Skills
Education
- Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related discipline from a reputed institution.
- MBA strongly preferred from a Tier-1 B-school (IIM, ISB, XLRI, FMS, or equivalent).
Experience
- 5–8 years of total experience, with at least 3 years in partnership management, key account management, customer success, strategy & operations, or top-tier management consulting.
- Demonstrated ownership of high-value B2B relationships where you were directly accountable for retention, renewals, or revenue delivery.
- Healthcare, digital health, or B2B SaaS exposure preferred. Comfort with clinical or care-delivery stakeholders is a strong plus.
- Founder's Office, Chief of Staff, or Program Management experience in a high-growth startup environment is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Operations, and customer-facing teams.
Technical Skill Set
- Project Management Tooling. Hands-on with Asana, Jira, ClickUp, or Monday - comfortable owning Gantt charts, sprint plans, and milestone trackers.
- Data & Analytics. Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, modeling). Working knowledge of SQL and a BI tool such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase.
- Dashboarding & Reporting. Experience designing partner-facing scoreboards and operational dashboards that translate metrics into clear narratives.
- Communication & Presentation. Strong PowerPoint / Google Slides craft for executive-grade decks, and crisp written communication for partner-facing emails and internal briefs.
- CRM & Workflow Systems. Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM, plus collaboration tools like Slack, Notion, and Confluence.
- Process Documentation. Comfort authoring SOPs, RACI matrices, runbooks, and SLA frameworks from scratch.
What Success Looks Like
In your first 6 to 12 months, you will have established yourself as the trusted owner of our most strategic partnerships - with documented SOPs in place, partner scoreboards live and reviewed cadenced with the Founder, all SLAs consistently met, and partners actively expanding their commitments because of the experience you have engineered.
If you are excited by the idea of operating at the intersection of strategy and execution - and being directly accountable to the Founder for outcomes that shape our B2B future - we'd love to meet you.
