Founding Full-Stack Web Developer

We are building Usovai usovai.com the first platform in Spain focused on AI-generated films, series and short-form content.

Our goal is to create a dedicated streaming platform where AI creators can publish their work, grow an audience and eventually monetize their content.

At the moment, Usovai is running on a template-based version. This has helped us validate the concept and start building the product vision, but now we want to develop a fully customized platform from scratch.

We are looking for a founding full-stack web developer to help us build the first real version of the platform. The role will focus on developing the website and core product features, including user accounts, creator profiles, video pages, content upload or embedding, homepage sections, search and discovery, basic admin features, and a clean Netflix-style user experience.

This is an early-stage startup opportunity. Compensation would initially be equity-based, with the possibility of salary once funding or revenue allows it.

Equity range: 0.5%–2.5%, depending on experience, commitment and execution capacity. Equity will be subject to a vesting agreement.

We are a very communicative team and we want this person to feel involved in the product. We are open to ideas, suggestions and technical input, not just execution. The goal is to work together to build the best possible version of the platform.

The expected workload would be relatively light at the beginning, only a few hours per week, but with the possibility of increasing involvement as the project grows.

You would also collaborate with another team member who is already helping with the website. He is not as specialized in this area, but he can support with smaller tasks, basic implementation, content updates or less complex work that helps speed up development. You may occasionally assign him small tasks, and he may also coordinate with you on parts of the website.

This is not a CTO role at this stage. We are looking for someone strong in web development who can execute fast, build cleanly and help turn the product vision into a functional custom platform.
