AI Coach (Claude / Cowork / Code)

Form AI is an AI fluency and integration startup for executives and their teams. We need part-time coaches to help deliver sessions.

A typical session starts with a client showing you the messy reality of their week. You sit with them, find the highest-leverage workflow, and walk them through using Claude on their actual work, not a sandbox demo. By the end, they've built something they'll use Monday morning. Repeat across 1:1 sessions and small group cohorts.

We want someone who knows Claude across Chat, Cowork, and Code, can read code and build a skill or scheduled task on the fly, and is patient with people still figuring it out. You can explain a technical idea in plain language without dumbing it down. You hear the real question under the one asked. You measure a session by what the client uses afterward, not by how much you covered.

1099 contractor, paid per session. $75-100/session depending on type and experience, with room to grow into more volume and more senior engagements. Remote, Austin/US-based.
