Top 3 Preferred Skills:

1.Cloud Databases – Experience with Azure, AWS, or OCI database platforms

2.Backup, Recovery & Disaster Recovery – RMAN, SQL Server native tools, third‑party solutions, DR drills

3.Automation, Monitoring & Scripting – Database automation, monitoring tools, scripting for operations

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Database Administrator or Subject Matter Expert with strong expertise in Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and PostgreSQL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing high availability, disaster recovery, and performance optimization across enterprise database environments.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Oracle Database Administration including Data Guard, Multitenant architecture (CDB and PDB), and ASM
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server including Always On Availability Groups, failover clustering, and performance tuning
• Expertise in PostgreSQL administration including replication, maintenance, and performance management
• Experience with high availability and disaster recovery strategies
• Solid understanding of database performance tuning and optimization

Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer Oracle, MS SQL Server, and PostgreSQL databases
• Implement and maintain high availability and disaster recovery solutions
• Perform database monitoring, tuning, and performance optimization
• Execute backup and recovery strategies and conduct disaster recovery drills
• Support database migrations, upgrades, and patching activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure database reliability and performance
• Automate routine database operations and implement monitoring solutions

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with cloud database platforms such as Azure, AWS, or OCI
• Knowledge of backup and recovery tools including RMAN and SQL Server native tools
• Experience with database automation, monitoring tools, and scripting
• Exposure to third-party database management solutions
