We’re hiring a Tech Lead Manager, Integrations to lead a core engineering team building scalable integration infrastructure, API connectors, webhook systems, and real-time data synchronization pipelines.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying deeply hands-on in code while also mentoring engineers, setting technical direction, and helping build a high-performing engineering team.

What you’ll do:

Own technical execution for integration infrastructure across APIs, data sync pipelines, webhook systems, and distributed backend services.

Design and scale reliable systems that support near real-time synchronization across third-party platforms and external databases.

Stay hands-on with coding, architecture, code reviews, performance improvements, testing, observability, and system reliability.

Lead technical direction for data pipelines, integration frameworks, and backend infrastructure.

Manage, mentor, and grow a team of engineers through 1:1s, feedback, career development, and hiring.

Partner closely with Product, Engineering Leadership, and cross-functional teams to shape roadmap priorities and deliver high-impact technical solutions.

What we’re looking for:

8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.

2+ years of tech lead or people management experience with direct reports.

Strong experience building scalable, reliable distributed systems.

Proven background with integration systems, API connectors, webhook infrastructure, data synchronization pipelines, ETL, or iPaaS-style platforms.

Strong TypeScript experience, ideally with NestJS.

Experience with external databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Snowflake.

Strong understanding of cloud architecture, containerization, orchestration, CI/CD, observability, automation, and high-availability systems.

Strong communication skills and comfort working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science required.

Early-stage startup experience is a strong plus.

Nice to have:

Experience with B2B SaaS, HR tech, workforce management, or developer-facing integration platforms.

Experience building third-party API frameworks or integration SDKs.

Familiarity with AI/ML-powered data processing pipelines.

Experience with event-driven architectures and message brokers like Kafka or BullMQ.
