About the Role:
One Identity is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Info Sec Staff Engineer to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining security solutions to protect our company's assets and data. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of information security principles, best practices, and emerging threats.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement security architectures and solutions.
• Conduct security assessments, vulnerability analyses, and penetration testing.
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Respond to security incidents and conduct forensic investigations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of the SDLC.
• Stay current with the latest security threats, trends, and technologies.
• Mentor and guide junior security engineers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 7+ years of experience in information security, with a focus on security engineering.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash).
• Experience with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, WAF, and endpoint security solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH).
• Experience with DevSecOps practices.
