About the Role:

One Identity is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. This role is responsible for providing pre-sales technical expertise and support to prospective and existing customers, understanding their business needs, and demonstrating how One Identity solutions can meet those needs.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations to a variety of audiences, including technical staff and executive management.
• Understand customer requirements and map them to One Identity product capabilities.
• Develop and deliver Proofs of Concept (POCs) and technical evaluations.
• Respond to technical portions of RFIs/RFPs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop account strategies and identify opportunities.
• Provide technical training and support to partners and internal teams.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and One Identity product roadmap.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in a pre-sales technical role, preferably in enterprise software sales.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) concepts, including privileged access management (PAM), identity governance and administration (IGA), and access management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with scripting or programming languages is a plus.
• Ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings and industry events (if required).
