We’re looking for a versatile Graphic Designer (2–5 years experience) to join our growing team and help bring innovative toy and craft products to life—from concept sketch to retail-ready packaging.

At Canal Toys, you’ll work across product, packaging, and marketing, creating fun, engaging designs seen by kids and families around the world. Canal Toys is a global leader in activity toys, arts & crafts, and licensed products for kids. We create innovative, on-trend products that inspire creativity.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Design toy packaging, product graphics, and marketing assets

• Create illustrations and renderings to bring ideas to life

• Develop retail-ready packaging (including layouts, die-lines & merchandising concepts)

• Produce e-commerce, digital, and marketing visuals (including image retouching and compositing)

• Contribute to brand storytelling and visual identity development across products and packaging

• Collaborate with product development + marketing teams to execute cohesive product experiences

• Support mockups, prototypes, or presentation samples for internal and retail needs

• Participate in brainstorms, trend research, and concept development

• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years in graphic/packaging design (consumer products or toys preferred)

• Strong illustration, sketching, and layout skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop & Illustrator)

• Experience with photo retouching, compositing, and creating marketing-ready visuals

• Experience with packaging design and production files (die-lines a plus)

• Understanding of print production and manufacturing processes (global production a plus)

• Ability to translate marketing briefs into creative concepts and design solutions

• Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Collaborative, adaptable, and hands-on mindset
