About the Role

Bloom Academy is looking for an engaging online instructor to teach live remote classes for teens in social media marketing, content creation, and related digital media topics. You’ll lead small-group sessions where students build practical skills in short-form video, content planning, branding, audience engagement, and beginner marketing strategy.

This is a part-time remote independent contractor position paying $20–$25 CAD per hour.

What You’ll Do

• Teach live, interactive online classes for teen learners

• Guide students through real-world projects such as content plans, short-form videos, brand concepts, YouTube content, and other creative digital projects

• Explain marketing and digital media concepts in a clear, age-appropriate way

• Provide individualized, encouraging feedback on student work

• Create a structured, supportive virtual classroom environment

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in social media marketing, content creation, digital branding, entrepreneurship, or related digital media work

• Strong verbal communication skills

• Comfortable teaching and presenting live on camera

• Experience teaching, coaching, or mentoring teens preferred

• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, and similar platforms
