Agentic Operator, Launch Team

Only Farmers is a global marketplace connecting farmers with people who want to visit, stay on, learn from, and work with working farms. We launch publicly on 22 May 2026 at Farm Fest (70,000 people).
We're hiring one more person for the launch window. Not a traditional engineering role.
You'd work closely with Ted, our lead engineer, using Claude Code as your primary instrument across bug triage, edge-case testing, frontend UX fixes, onboarding operations, content editing, and internal tooling. The bottleneck at our stage isn't code, it's judgment, communication, and Claude fluency. We want someone who reads carefully, breaks work down clearly, evaluates Claude's output critically, and makes good product calls fast.

Must have: STEM degree from a strong programme, real Claude Code experience (not "I've tried ChatGPT"), strong written English, UK timezone overlap, availability now onwards for the launch crunch.
Nice to have: Early-stage startup experience, React/React Native exposure, mobile QA experience, Stripe or payments background.
Process: Email application → 4-hour paid trial ($150) → 30-min call with Ted → offer. 5-7 days end to end.
