We’re looking for a Lead AI Engineer to join a team developing an AI-driven Contact Center Diagnostic solution. You’ll work on a modern, scalable stack with a strong emphasis on AI integration, performance, and strategic technical leadership.
This project focuses on leveraging AI for enhanced contact center diagnostics, including GPT-based summarization for rapid insight generation, AI augmentation for benchmarking and performance analysis, and automated report generation to streamline operations and deliver significant ROI.
About the Role
As a Lead AI Engineer, you will define the technical direction, mentor junior engineers, and drive the implementation of advanced AI solutions. You will play a crucial role in integrating cutting-based AI technologies to solve complex business challenges within a dynamic team environment.
Tech Stack
- Core Stack: Python, LangChain, LangGraph
- AI & Machine Learning: RAG, FastMCP, Prompt Engineering, Vector Databases, Embedding Models, Multi-agent libraries (CrewAI, Autogen, Taskweave)
- Cloud & Tools: Azure, Docker, CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), Data engineering concepts, other Cloud platforms
What You’ll Do
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions for contact center diagnostics and efficiency, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Mentor team members, conduct technical reviews, and elevate the overall engineering quality and practices.
- Drive the integration of advanced AI capabilities, including RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Embedding Models, leveraging tools like LangChain and LangGraph.
- Architect and manage solutions on Azure, utilizing services such as Azure Functions, ensuring robust data pipelines and efficient deployment with Docker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and deliver innovative AI solutions.
- Contribute to the strategic vision for AI development, staying abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in the field.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, applied data/AI engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a lead role, including technical ownership, mentoring, or leading initiatives/teams.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Python, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, FastMCP, Prompt Engineering, Vector Databases, and Embedding Models.
- Proficiency with Azure cloud services and Docker for deployment and containerization.
- Experience with multi-agent libraries like CrewAI, Autogen, and Taskweave is a plus.
- Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, including data pipelines, integration, and warehousing.
