Experience

Portable Book of Business

• Candidates should possess a portable book of business of approximately $350,000–$400,000 or greater.

• Portability should be realistic and defensible, supported by:

• Client loyalty

• Relationship depth

• Minimal institutional conflict risk

• Transferable matters

• Preferred candidates will have a clear plan for transitioning clients within the first 90 days.
