Senior C++ Engineer (Computer Vision)

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Senior Computer Vision Engineer with 4-6 years of experience who can take ownership of building and optimizing high-performance computer vision systems. The role requires strong system-level thinking, performance optimization skills, and the ability to work across complex, distributed environments.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Design, build, and optimize scalable computer vision applications and backend systems
• Lead integration of machine learning/deep learning models into production-grade pipelines
• Write high-performance, clean, and maintainable code in C++ (and Python where required)
• Own debugging, performance tuning, and system optimization for real-time inference workloads
• Drive architecture decisions for high-throughput and low-latency systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally with ML engineers, DevOps, and product teams
• Contribute to code reviews, best practices, and technical mentoring within the team
• Stay updated with advancements in Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and AI system

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in software development (C++ preferred)
• Strong expertise in C/C++, with deep understanding of OOP, memory management, and performance optimization
• Solid experience working with Computer Vision / Image Processing systems (OpenCV or similar)
• Experience integrating ML/DL models into production environments (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
• Strong understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and system design
• Experience working with Linux-based systems and debugging tools
• Familiarity with distributed systems, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, or similar technologies
• Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows

GOOD TO HAVE:

• Experience with real-time video processing pipelines
• Exposure to edge deployments or GPU acceleration (CUDA, TensorRT)
• Prior experience in high-scale backend systems or data pipelines
