Program Manager

Job Requirements

The Program Manager, a full-time regular role, is responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of platform engineering initiatives with an emphasis on quality, consistency, and performance. This position manages end-to-end project delivery for large national accounts, including scoping, scheduling, financial oversight, and milestone tracking, while ensuring adherence to standardized commissioning guidelines and industry best practices. The manager collaborates cross-functionally to enhance platform tools and processes, oversees the production team’s operations, and drives talent management through recruitment, development, and fostering a strong team culture aligned with company values.

Work Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, required.
• Five (5) years of experience in HVAC systems, platform development, or building automation required.
• Demonstrated experience managing large, complex national accounts through full project lifecycle required.
• Experience in financial tracking, budget management, and reporting required.
• Prior experience managing or leading a production team required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management training preferred.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar) preferred.
• Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
• Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
