About the role:
Help us build a marketing discipline from scratch. We need to design & execute the end-to-end marketing plan for this company, and we think that’s pretty exciting. We have senior leadership with incredible marketing, product, and general startup experience, and are looking at add someone who’s ready to help us test, challenge, correct, and execute all the great ideas we think we have, and become a central member of the team. The promise of this company is incredible – we’re solving major foundational challenges in the fintech, digital asset, and crypto space, and are rounding out the team to bring Omega One to the world. All folks with the following attributes should apply, regardless of blockchain / crypto / fintech experience.
About you:
* You know a lot

* You’re not afraid to let it be known that you don’t know
* You know how to find out what you don’t know
* You love learning
* You are fairly ideological about testing
* You a great at thinking & debate, but prefer executing
Your skills, specifically (in no particular order):
* Funnel design & execution
* Organic & paid social across platforms
* SEO, SEM
* Media planning & buying, including programmatic
* Standing up analytics
* Email
* Community building, affiliate programs, and CRM
* AB testing
* Copywriting and content marketing
* Market research & competitive intelligence, both quant and qual
* Coding (Python, Javascript, HTML, CSS), data modeling, and advanced excel skills all pluses, though not required
Your personality:
* You’re insatiably curious
* You’re driven by data and logic, welcome new views, and work hard to avoid confirmation bias
* You like looking at problems from many angles, and love identifying and solving for blind spots
* You are kind and empathetic
* You are decisive, results-oriented, can think linearly, and do not need to be micromanaged
* You love creative problem solving (yes, you can call it hacking)
* You are deeply cognizant of the second and third order consequences of your decisions
* You serve the mission of the company and believe that doing so serves your long term interests, even when it may conflict with short term interests
* You have a strong sense of ethics
