Frontend Engineer

We're building X-Streamify, a personal media vault that gives families full ownership and control of their memories, photos, and digital content.

We're looking for a Frontend Engineer who wants to build something meaningful from the ground up and take part in a fast-moving startup environment. This role offers the opportunity to design and build the user-facing experience of our platform and directly impact usability, performance, and customer satisfaction.

This is an early-stage startup where team members take ownership, move quickly, and help shape the product from the beginning.

Responsibilities

Design and build responsive, user-friendly web interfaces
Develop and maintain frontend components and application screens
Collaborate closely with backend, QA, and product teams
Ensure the platform is fast, stable, and easy to use
Fix UI bugs and improve performance and usability
Help shape the look, feel, and workflow of the platform
Test and validate features before release

What we're looking for

Strong frontend development experience
Experience with modern frontend technologies such as:

HTML
CSS
JavaScript
React
or similar frameworks

Understanding of:

User interface design
Responsive layouts
Performance optimization
Browser compatibility

Ability to work independently in a startup environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Startup mindset — ownership, speed, and accountability

Bonus experience (nice to have)

Experience working with APIs
Experience with UI/UX design principles
Experience working in startup environments
Experience with media, file uploads, or storage systems
Experience collaborating with backend and QA teams

Compensation

This is an early-stage startup role offering equity-only compensation at this time.
There is no salary for this position.
