About The Role
We are looking for a skilled Certinia Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom solutions within the Certinia (FinancialForce) ecosystem. This role requires strong technical expertise in Apex development, Certinia APIs, and integration with external systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Certinia applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Certinia APIs.
- Implement complex workflows, triggers, and automation to support business requirements.
- Collaborate with administrators and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce and Certinia development best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with Certinia and Salesforce releases, leveraging new features for optimization.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
- Support integration projects with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Utilizes AI-enabled tools (e.g., chatbots, document automation, analytics assistants) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and streamline routine tasks while following company AI governance and data privacy standards.

Required
Required Skills
- 5–7 years of experience developing on Certinia (FinancialForce) and Salesforce platforms.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Certinia APIs.
- Strong understanding of Certinia data model and architecture.
- Experience with integration patterns and external system connectivity.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Skills in prompting AI systems and assessing output quality
- Ability to leverage AI to ideate, develop, and scale to the needs of their department
Preferred
- Certinia certifications (e.g., FinancialForce Developer Specialist).
- Experience with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and API management.
