Strategic Co-Founder – International Mobility & Business Development

IDA International Mobility Consulting is an early-stage international mobility venture based in Italy. The business is currently operated through a sole proprietorship and is being developed by a single founder.

IDA supports students, professionals, and organizations navigating international mobility between Africa and Europe. Our long-term vision is to build a trusted organization that helps people access education, employment, entrepreneurship, and cross-border opportunities through ethical, compliant, and practical guidance.

The business is already operational with an active website, growing online presence, and ongoing client inquiries. Alongside my full-time job, I continue developing IDA step by step with the ambition of building a sustainable and internationally recognized brand.

I'm now looking for a Strategic Co-Founder who genuinely wants to help build this vision over the long term.

This is not a traditional employment opportunity.

At this stage, I am not looking for someone who simply wants the title of co-founder. I am looking for someone who wants to actively contribute to building the business and growing it together.

The ideal person brings expertise, initiative, ideas, and a genuine entrepreneurial mindset.

Experience in one or more of the following areas would be particularly valuable:

• Business development
• Strategic partnerships
• International recruitment
• International education
• Immigration or international mobility
• Legal, regulatory or compliance matters
• Fundraising and investor relations
• Sales and client acquisition
• Marketing and brand development
• Startup building

Having an established professional network in Europe, Africa, or internationally would be considered a strong advantage.

My objective over time is to strengthen IDA by expanding its expertise, developing strategic partnerships, and progressively building a more comprehensive and compliant international mobility business.

As a co-founder, you will have the opportunity to contribute to areas such as:

• Business strategy
• Partnership development
• Client acquisition
• Service development
• International expansion
• Operational improvements
• Compliance and governance (where applicable)
• Building long-term growth opportunities

Because we're still at an early stage, flexibility, transparency, and mutual trust are essential.
