There are children suffering from a fatal neurodegenerative disease with zero approved treatments and zero hope. We are working to change that, and we need the right person to help us get there.

We are a stealth biotech backed by significant founder investment, with a novel therapeutic targeting a catastrophic pediatric disease. The asset has $5B+ in projected lifecycle revenue, partnerships with leading CROs and CDMOs, 20+ years of IP protection, a clear FDA pathway, and a high probability of IND clearance within 18 months of funding. One founder has built previous biotechs from inception to multi-billion dollar valuations. Another served as CEO of one of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies with approximately 40,000 employees.

What we need is a seed stage rainmaker. Someone who can help raise this round, own the investor relationships, and build this company alongside us. The science, regulatory, and operations teams are in place. The gap is capital.

What you get: CEO title. Board seat. $300K base salary funded from the capital you raise. Significant performance bonuses tied to milestones including capital raised and program advancement. Equity starting at 1% per $1M raised, accelerating to 10% at IND clearance, and road map to scale up to 20%. Your equity is in a company we believe has a realistic path to a multi-billion dollar valuation.

This is not just one company. This is a pilot for a scalable multi-asset orphan disease platform. We have financial partners prepared to fund a full portfolio once this model is proven. If you help prove it, you will earn a senior position in that platform and play a central role in building it out, potentially as CEO of the parent company.
