We’re looking for a software engineer to join the team and help build the most useful smart glasses ever made.
The next great leap in AI will happen in the real world, on your face, in real time. MIRA is that leap, and it gives you a second brain: lightweight AI glasses that remember every conversation, answer any question in under a second, translate 60+ languages, and surface the right context exactly when you need it.
We recently sold out and shipped our first batch of units and just raised a $6.6M seed from General Catalyst, Naval Ravikant, PillarVC, and a few others.
We're a small team of engineers and builders in San Francisco solving some of the hardest problems in consumer AI and wearable hardware: real-time responses, all-day wearable design, ambient context understanding, and human-AI interaction that just works.

A bit more about what we’re looking for:
- 4+ years of experience.
- Candidates must have developed multiple LLM-based applications and AI tools.
- A strong familiarity with concepts such as fine-tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and multi-modal LLMs is essential.
- Prior experience with hardware products is a big plus. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional product sense.
