Description
Procreate Match is a matchmaking service for women and men who want kids in the near future.

We are seeking a practicing or retired OB-GYN, reproductive endocrinologist, or fertility specialist to serve as Founding Clinical Advisor.

This is a light advisory role focused on medical accuracy and responsible communication.

Responsibilities
Provide perspective on fertility and reproductive health in a strategic, non-clinical capacity
Offer high-level input on partnership opportunities and how to engage with fertility clinics and related organizations
Advise on appropriate medical boundaries in messaging
Be part of a small team of mentors contributing to the development of the platform
No clinical care or patient management is involved.

Time Commitment
Approximately 1–2 hours per month.

Compensation
No cash compensation. Potential for equity-based advisor role over time, depending on fit.

Qualifications
Experience in women’s health, fertility, or reproductive medicine

One of the following:

• MD or DO (OB-GYN, REI, or related)
• Nurse Practitioner (Women’s Health preferred)
• Physician Assistant (relevant experience)
• Certified Nurse Midwife

Currently practicing or retired
