We automate property document analysis for real estate professionals - lawyers, real estate agents, and surveyors.
The problem: Property transactions require manual analysis of servitude documents (property restrictions). This takes 3-8 hours per property. We reduced it to 3-5 minutes with AI.

The Role: CTO / Technical Co-founder
We need a CTO to lead technical development and own the product architecture.
You'll be responsible for:

Building and scaling our AI document analysis platform
Technical strategy and product roadmap
Working directly with customers to understand their needs
Eventually building and leading a technical team

This is a true co-founder role - you'll have equity, ownership, and direct say in company direction.

What We're Looking For

You have:
Strong technical background (full-stack, AI/ML, or backend)
Ability to build and ship products
Customer-focused mindset
Ambition to build a company, not just work at one

You want:

Equity ownership over guaranteed salary (for now)
To work directly with customers and solve real problems
To build something from the ground up
Real ownership and decision-making power

Location:
Copenhagen-based or remote (EU timezone preferred)

Compensation
Equity: Up to 15% (depends on experience and contribution level)
Vesting: 3 years with 1-year cliff
Salary:

Now: €0 (or minimal if absolutely needed)
When funded (Q1 2026): €40-50K + equity

Reality check: This is equity-heavy now. We're raising in Q1 2026. If you need full salary today, this won't work. If you can handle a couple of months until raise, this is for you.
