What You Bring

• 7+ years of developing apps
• 2+ years in a fast paced startup environment
• Proficiency in Rails and/or Python
• Comfort owning systems end-to-end
• Experience shipping and maintaining software
• Desire to lay the foundation for the engineering culture as engineer #3
