About the job
About the role
Olivings is building a buyer-side intelligence platform that helps people understand the real implications of owning property abroad. The core product is live, and the primary challenge now is no longer building features, but learning how to reach the right early users and understanding how they discover and evaluate properties.
This role focuses on that stage of the company. The objective is not traditional marketing execution, but figuring out how to connect the platform with its first core user base of serious international property buyers.
What you will work on
The role combines strategy and hands-on execution. Typical activities may include:
- Identifying where potential users currently search for information about buying property abroad
- Experimenting with different acquisition channels and distribution approaches
- Engaging directly with early users to understand their decision processes and needs
- Developing small-scale partnerships with communities, content creators, or niche platforms
- Translating user insights into practical growth experiments and product improvements
Because the company is at an early stage, priorities will evolve quickly, and the work will be exploratory rather than highly structured.
Who we are looking for
This role is best suited to someone who:
- Is comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-paced environment
- Enjoys figuring out how to reach users from first principles
- Communicates clearly and writes well
- Is curious about international relocation, real estate, or lifestyle transitions
- Has a practical, hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset and is willing to experiment and iterate
Work style and compensation
The role is fully remote and flexible in terms of time commitment. Depending on availability and mutual fit, it can be structured as a part-time, contract, or equity-based founding role. Compensation and equity participation will be discussed based on experience and involvement.
