Adly is a technology, data, and performance driven portfolio of SaaS subscription and content companies. Our founders have built, acquired, scaled, and sold SaaS, Ecommerce, and marketing businesses, and have added several of those portfolio companies into Adly.

Under Adly’s current umbrella is a handful of social media growth SaaS business, a technology driven dating platform, a B2B WiFi marketing platform, ad-driven content sites, a translation service, and several more businesses. We are quickly growing our team and portfolio with consistent new acquisitions. We are looking to bring on a product manager to manage some of our existing and new products. We utilize a combination of paid media (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads), organic search / SEO strategy, site design / CRO, and product design to scale user acquisition and maximize retention across the portfolio.

About the role

The Associate Product Manager at Adly is an entry-level product role designed for someone eager to launch their product management career while making a real impact across our portfolio. This role works closely with senior Product Managers, engineers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders across Growth, Design, SEO, and Customer Success to bring new features and improvements from concept through launch.

The Associate Product Manager helps define requirements, manage backlogs, coordinate execution, and ensure features ship efficiently while balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact. This role is ideal for a curious self-starter who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and learning how high-growth SaaS products are built and scaled.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, execution, and delivery of product features and improvements from ideation through launch
  • Write clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation
  • Manage assigned feature backlogs and help prioritize work based on impact, urgency, and stakeholder needs
  • Coordinate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure projects stay on track and unblock issues as they arise
  • Participate in standups, scoping sessions, stakeholder meetings, and company-wide calls
  • Analyze product and user data to identify insights, validate hypotheses, and inform decision-making
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback, support inquiries, and research findings into actionable recommendations
  • Assist with competitive analysis to identify market trends and differentiation opportunities
  • Partner with growth teams to support go-to-market efforts, funnels, and post-launch iteration
  • Track performance of launched features and help monitor key product metrics

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in product management, consulting, business analysis, engineering, or related roles
  • Comfort working with data using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or SQL
  • Familiarity with productivity and project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms
  • Basic understanding of software development concepts and agile/scrum workflows
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems and draw clear conclusions
  • Ownership mentality with the ability to operate independently and push projects forward
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments
