About the job
Build the next generation of AI products for real estate
DealJoy is a cutting-edge AI startup building an AI-native growth platform for real estate agents.
We are building the agentic future for Real Estate Agents in the United States.
Our products include an AI Website Builder and AI nurture capabilities that help agents strengthen their online presence, engage prospects and grow their businesses.
We're looking for a productive, hands-on full-stack developer to help build these products. You'll develop the platform behind our AI Website Builder, build intelligent nurture workflows and turn emerging AI capabilities into useful customer experiences.
This is a product engineering role in a small team. You'll work across the frontend and backend, experiment with new ideas and ship features that become part of the platform. The work combines thoughtful user experience, reliable systems and the practical challenges of bringing AI into real-world workflows.
Our stack
.NET 8, C#, Azure and SQL on the backend, with Next.js on the frontend.
What you'll do
- Build core features for our AI Website Builder, AI nurture and wider growth platform.
- Develop end-to-end product experiences, from responsive frontend interfaces to backend APIs and database changes.
- Integrate AI capabilities and external services into reliable, reusable product workflows.
- Prototype ideas, test how they work and turn promising approaches into production features.
- Test your work, debug issues and improve performance and reliability.
- Work with the existing team to understand requirements, make sensible technical decisions and ship working software.
- Communicate progress clearly, raise blockers early and follow through on agreed priorities.
What we're looking for
- At least two years of professional software development experience, with examples of features you personally shipped.
- Practical experience with C# and .NET, plus frontend development using Next.js or React.
- Experience building APIs, working with SQL databases and integrating external services.
- Ability to understand an existing codebase, investigate problems and write maintainable, tested code.
- Good judgment about user experience, responsive interfaces and the details that make a feature work well.
- Curiosity about AI and a willingness to learn through building and experimentation.
- Reliable availability and clear communication in a remote team.
Experience with Azure, production SaaS products or LLM APIs is helpful. Deep AI specialization isn't required; we're interested in your ability to learn, solve problems and deliver useful software.
Availability
We're looking for someone who can start soon for full-time work. Please include your earliest realistic start date, timezone, availability and compensation expectations.
How to apply
Tell us about one or two relevant projects or features you shipped. Explain what you personally built, the technologies you used and a technical problem you solved. Links to work you can share are welcome.
