Webflow and Framer Developer

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Webflow & Framer Developer who understands that websites aren’t just pages they’re products, experiences, and conversion machines.
You’ll work closely with designers and brand strategists to bring high-quality, interactive websites to life using Webflow and Framer, while writing clean, scalable code when needed.
If you love animations, smooth interactions, performance optimization, and modern web tech, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, pixel-perfect websites using Webflow and Framer with clean class naming conventions like Client First
• Convert Figma designs into high-quality, functional websites
• Write clean, semantic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Create smooth animations and interactions using GSAP
• Implement advanced interactions using Three.js and other relevant 3D / motion libraries when required
• Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, and SEO
• Handle CMS setups, dynamic content, and integrations in Webflow
• Debug, maintain, and improve existing websites
• Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and founders

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Webflow (CMS, interactions, custom code)
• Strong experience with Framer
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with GSAP animations
• Working knowledge of Three.js and other modern animation / interaction libraries
• Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Ability to write clean, reusable, and scalable code
• Experience working from Figma designs

Nice to Have

• Experience with Webflow + Framer animations beyond native tools
• Understanding of CRO, SEO, UX principles, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with Git / version control
• Experience working with SaaS, startup, or design-led brands
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices (WCAG)
