Personal Assistant to CEO

Digital Streamers is seeking an individual to work as a PA to the Managing Director. We need an individual who is capable of competently dealing with situations in the director’s absence and is confident enough to delegate upwards on the director’s behalf. Maintaining confidentiality is a fundamental requirement of this role. It requires building a strategic partnership with the Managing Director and keep abreast of the organisations goals and the MD’s strategic objectives.


We are looking for an individual with advanced-level skills in Word for Mac and Microsoft PowerPoint and at least an intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel. The attributes of the individual should include the following:

The PA’s positions demand competence and skill at performing the following duties:


- reading, monitoring and responding to emails,


- answering calls and liaising with clients competently,


- preparing correspondence on your ceo's behalf,

- delegating work in your ceo's absence,


- diary management,


- planning and organising meetings,


- taking action points and writing minutes,


- taking dictation,


- planning and organising events,


- drafting communications on your ceo's behalf,


- preparing presentations,


- managing and reviewing filing and office systems,


- typing documents, – sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment,
