We are hiring a full-time Outbound Call Representative to handle professional phone outreach to U.S.-based contacts. This is a remote position for individuals who communicate clearly, stay organized, and consistently follow structured workflows.
The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable speaking with a high volume of people while accurately documenting outcomes. You will represent our company in phone conversations and ensure calls are handled professionally and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to U.S.-based contacts using provided tools and scripts
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently on every call
• Collect and confirm required information during conversations
• Schedule meetings or follow-up actions when appropriate
• Log call results and notes accurately in tracking or CRM systems
• Meet daily call and performance expectations
• Follow compliance guidelines and calling instructions at all times

Requirements

• Must be physically located in the United States
• Excellent spoken English with a clear and natural American accent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow scripts while sounding conversational
• Highly organized, dependable, and self-directed
• Comfortable working with call tools, VoIP systems, or CRMs
• Reliable internet connection and quiet remote work environment
