What You’ll Do

  • Provide leadership and oversight to ACCS/PACT teams to ensure high-quality, recovery-oriented care
  • Ensure services align with DMH, MassHealth, and BHN standards and contractual requirements
  • Supervise and support program managers, team leaders, and clinical staff
  • Monitor program performance, outcomes, and productivity metrics
  • Partner with internal departments and external stakeholders to coordinate care
  • Manage budgets, staffing, and operational planning
  • Promote a culture of accountability, equity, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Support staff development, training, and retention

Who You Are

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related human services field
  • Independent licensure (LICSW, LMHC, or equivalent) preferred
  • Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in behavioral health services
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in community-based or intensive treatment programs
  • Strong knowledge of ACCS, PACT, or similar service models
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex operations
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
