What You’ll Do
- Provide leadership and oversight to ACCS/PACT teams to ensure high-quality, recovery-oriented care
- Ensure services align with DMH, MassHealth, and BHN standards and contractual requirements
- Supervise and support program managers, team leaders, and clinical staff
- Monitor program performance, outcomes, and productivity metrics
- Partner with internal departments and external stakeholders to coordinate care
- Manage budgets, staffing, and operational planning
- Promote a culture of accountability, equity, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Support staff development, training, and retention
Who You Are
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related human services field
- Independent licensure (LICSW, LMHC, or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in behavioral health services
- Demonstrated leadership experience in community-based or intensive treatment programs
- Strong knowledge of ACCS, PACT, or similar service models
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex operations
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
