Repestro Tech Solution Private Limited is launching QUHUNT and DRANZER, two structured Tech initiatives focused on college students and fresh graduates.
The initiatives aim to:
Deliver industry-relevant IT training
Strengthen soft skills and professional readiness
Build sustainable learning communities
Create long-term impact through structured programs

🔹 Project Lead ( Profit Sharing Model)
Role Overview
The Project Lead will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling IT programs targeted at college students. This role involves leadership, execution, community building, and growth planning, with compensation aligned through profit sharing.
Key Responsibilities / Job Requirements
The Project Lead will be expected to:
Plan and organize bootcamps, workshops, and structured training programs
Build and manage Intern-focused learning communities
Develop, mentor, and strategize internal teams (mentors, trainers, volunteers)
Drive new initiatives aligned with student skill development and employability, Venue and mentors will be provided from our side
Coordinate and contribute to sales, enrollments, and revenue-generation activities
Support pricing, outreach, and growth strategies ethically and professionally
Maximize social presence and community visibility across platforms
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to increase engagement
Track program performance, participation, and outcomes
Maintain structured documentation, reporting, and execution standards
Eligibility Criteria
B.Tech students (2nd / 3rd / 4th /Freshers)
B.Tech graduates / recent pass-outs
Open to all technical disciplines
Strong interest in IT , training, community building, or leadership roles
Minimum Requirements
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to lead teams and execute initiatives end-to-end
Willingness to take ownership in a growth-stage environment
Long-term commitment mindset
