What You’ll Do

• Own UX from fuzzy ideas to production-ready, user-focused experiences.

• Translate problems into journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that marry design with engineering.

• Collaborate closely with clients and engineers for smart, user-first trade-offs.


How You Think

• Think like an engineer: focus on states, error handling, performance, and real-world behaviors.

• Use design thinking: understand users, reframe problems, prototype fast, and learn continuously.

• Debug UX: find friction points and refine them as you would code.
 What We’re Looking For (Experience Doesn’t Matter)
• A portfolio or experiments that show your thinking, not just polished UIs.

• Ability to explain design decisions based on user needs and constraints.

• Comfortable working with engineers on APIs, events, and UX implementation.
 How We’ll Work
• Involved early in discovery and client conversations.

• Iterate rapidly with feedback and data.

• Shape scalable UX patterns and design systems with “engineering-friendly” principles.
 Interview Process
• Share your portfolio or work samples.

• Discuss your UX journey and cultural fit.

• Complete a short take-home exercise.

• Collaborate with the team in a working session.

• Final HR conversation on fit and expectations.
