Senior Full-Stack Developer Logistics Platform (Equity-Only to Start) US-based only (React/Node)

WeMove Market Inc. and our portfolio of companies, including WeMove.ai, WeMovePro.ai, and WeLoad.ai, are transforming the $100B household goods logistics industry. We are in market, generating revenue, and scaling rapidly.

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer who wants meaningful ownership in a company built to reshape an entire sector.

This role begins as equity-only, with a clear conversion to an above-market salary plus the equity granted upon reaching fundraising milestones.

What You Will Do

• Lead our migration from Heroku to Google Cloud and design a scalable cloud infrastructure

• Strengthen and optimize our database architecture as we prepare for aggressive growth

• Build full-stack features across React and Node.js, powering our marketplace, SaaS platform, and load board

• Implement cloud best practices, including CI/CD, security, monitoring, and reliability

• Work directly with the founder on major technical decisions and roadmap planning

• Help establish the engineering standards and foundation for future team growth

What We Are Looking For

• Senior-level experience with React and Node.js

• Strong experience deploying and managing apps on Heroku

• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, networking, storage, monitoring)

• Deep understanding of relational databases and scaling strategies

• Located in South Florida, in-person collaboration required

• Excitement for early-stage building, fast execution, and equity-first compensation
