About the job
Visiblie OS is the AI-native delivery system for marketing agencies. It packages the GEO and SEO playbooks, workflows, and white-label reports we use on real clients, and runs them in the tools agencies already use, Claude, Slack, Notion.
Agencies can sell and deliver a repeatable GEO offer under their own brand, without hiring a specialist or building the system themselves.
The product creates already value. Design partners are in. Paying customers are locked in. The goal now is to reach and sign the right agencies.
This is a role for a sales genius. Not enterprise slowpoke. Not waiting for inbound to feed your pipeline.
We want a hunter who already knows agency owners, can get the first meetings this week, and can sell Visiblie OS without hesitations.
This is not a 9–5. Pay is heavily commission-based. If you need a high base and a slow ramp, do not apply.
The job
Scale beyond the first marketing agencies in. Use your network, then outbound, then referrals. Run the conversation yourself: discovery, live proof on their client work, founding-partner terms, close.
You are not selling another AI-visibility dashboard to brand CMOs. You are selling a delivery OS to agency owners and operators, people who need to say yes to GEO demand next month, keep the client relationship, and not hire a specialist to do it.
Part of the offer is enablement, not only software. Founding partners get workshops and coaching on how to sell GEO, how to run Visiblie OS, and how to deliver the work. You close the commercial relationship. Founders and the product team help you win the deal when it matters.
What you will own
Agency pipeline
- Open your book. Who do you know that we should be talking to this week? Then fill the rest with outbound.
- Target the agencies that can actually buy: established creative, web, content, SEO, and performance agencies with a real client book and no repeatable GEO offer yet.
- Personal outreach: Cold call, LinkedIn, email, communities, events, warm intros. Volume without a name behind it does not count.
- Turn interest into a call. Turn a call into a next step with a date. "Let's stay in touch" is a no.
One-to-one selling
- Own first-touch discovery with agency owners, managing directors, and heads of SEO/content.
- Learn how they sell today, where GEO demand is showing up, and what would have to be true for them to add a productized offer.
- Handle the real objections, another SaaS bill, "we'll build it in Claude," AirOps/Profound already on the stack, no specialist to run it without hiding behind the founder.
First deals and focus on closing
- Own the path from conversation → qualified opportunity → signed partner. You live in that path, not in a CRM hygiene theatre.
- Work with founders on pricing, packaging, and exceptions. You still own the number.
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Commission is how this role pays.
Referrals and the next ten
- Turn early partners into distribution: nominations, intros, proof, people who bring the next agencies.
- Build relationships that create pipeline, other agencies, GEO/SEO operators, communities, only if they feed closed deals, not logos on a slide.
- Work founder-led when it helps the close. People buy people in this market. You still own follow-up and the signature.
Field intel
- Feedback what actually closes and what dies. ICP, industries, offer, objections, who the economic buyer is.
- Kill motions that do not convert. Double down on the ones that do.
- Report on qualified conversations, proposals, and revenue; not activities.
You are a great fit if you
- Are a salesperson who closes. Discovery, one-to-one selling, getting a yes. Not account management. Not "I run partnerships."
- Already have a network of marketing agencies, owners, MDs, heads of SEO/content, and can name who you would call in the first two weeks.
- Have done it before, with proof. Agencies you sold, a book you opened, a number you hit.
- Are a hunter. You create pipeline. You do not wait for a marketer to fill the calendar.
- Are comfortable with a lower base and high commission. You want the upside of filling a the first agencies, not a safe salary.
- Can talk to agency operators in their language: retainers, delivery margin, client demand, staffing, white-label.
- Thrive in 0→1. You help shape the motion while you sell it. You iterate with founders without needing a playbook first.
- Are hungry. High ownership, high pace, not a 9–5 mentality.
- Are ok to coach BDR’s/Sales people when you grow your team
SEO / GEO expertise is nice to have, not required. Understanding the agency pain (clients asking for AI search, no way to deliver it at scale) matters more than a GEO job title.
This is not for you if
- Your network is brands, not agencies or you do not have a network you can activate.
- You want inbound, SDRs, and a six-month enterprise cycle.
- You are a partnerships or community person who does not close.
- You need a high base, a slow ramp, or a bounded 9–5.
- You cannot point to one thing you have actually sold, grown, or closed.
- You need a founder in every meeting to make the deal happen.
Why join Visiblie
- This is the founding sales seat for Visiblie OS. You will scale beyond the first agencies on the product.
- Founding equity (0.1–2%) with real ownership
- Remote-first, EMEA
- Founding team with consulting, enterprise AI sales, and deep technical background
- Paying customers, design partners, and a category that is still being defined
- We use our own product to grow, you can sell what we actually run
Compensation
- $40k – $60k / year base + uncapped commission. This role is heavily commission-based. Base is the floor, not the job.
- 0.1–2% equity
- Trial period of 1–2 months
