About The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and talented Product Owner to join our team and work in a strategic role with high-impact projects, with daily interaction with the client, including director-level individuals.

The ideal candidate will possess an autonomous and proactive profile, with an affinity for working in a flat organizational culture.

This is a hybrid opportunity (3x week in Dallas)

Responsibilities

• Organize project activities;
• Lead Discovery and Business Requirements sessions with the client;
• Act as the key liaison between the client and the internal development team;
• Provide technical guidance on Salesforce best practices and help the team elevate the level of decisions made;
• Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices and deliver optimal long-term value;
• Manage the internal team.

Required Qualifications

• Deep functional knowledge of Salesforce.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud processes, including quotation, pricing, proposals, contracts, and the contract lifecycle.
• Experience in activity and project management, with a strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to question proposed solutions and apply critical thinking.
