We're looking to hire a Product Manager to supercharge LANDED's next phase of growth.

About the role
As a Product Manager, you will play a direct role in shaping the strategic direction of our product, with a deep focus on Generative AI, Systems, and UI/UX. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations. This role will touch unique AI applications, technical solutions architecture, integration strategies, and implementation of our SaaS product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap end-to-end, translating company strategy and customer needs into clear, prioritized initiatives.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to scope, ship, and iterate on high-quality product experiences.
• Gather and synthesize inputs from customers, sales, support, data, and leadership to inform product decisions.
• Write clear product requirements and success metrics that enable teams to execute with speed and autonomy.
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term product vision, making pragmatic tradeoffs in a fast-moving environment.
• Drive alignment and accountability across stakeholders, communicating progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Use data and customer feedback to evaluate impact, learn quickly, and continuously improve the product.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in product management or consulting
• 1+ years of experience successfully working with technical teams
• Proficiency in integration technologies such as APIs, JSON, XML, and middleware solutions
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve technical challenges
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and enterprise software integrations (e.g., ATS, HRIS, databases)
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, security protocols, and compliance standards is a plus

• You have extensive cross-functional technical integrations and systems experience in the B2B SaaS space; bonus points for experience in a hyper-growth startup or HR Tech industry
