Are you a passionate Software Developer with a strong foundation in core software engineering principles? We're seeking a talented developer to design, build, and scale our core application infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity to write robust, maintainable code, solve complex architectural challenges, and directly impact our product's performance and reliability.

Note: This is an unpaid position. Experience letter will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Software Design & Development: Write clean, scalable, and efficient code for core application components and services.
• Architecture & Scalability: Collaborate with engineering teams to design extensible system architectures and optimize application performance.
• Code Quality & Testing: Implement rigorous unit, integration, and end-to-end testing practices to maintain high software standards.
• Debugging & Maintenance: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software defects, bottlenecks, and reliability issues.

Ideal Skills & Experience

• Professional Experience: 1+ years of experience in software development and engineering best practices.
• Core Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, or Go) and object-oriented design principles.
• Systems & Data: Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, relational/NoSQL databases, and distributed systems.
• Engineering Tools: Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
