We help creators distribute, license, and monetize their content globally while also providing SaaS solutions to launch OTT platforms in just 15 days. About the Role

As a Founder’s Office Associate, you’ll work directly with the founder on high-priority projects, strategic initiatives, and operations. This is a high-visibility role designed for individuals who are passionate about startups, media-tech, and OTT, and who want to gain hands-on exposure to building and scaling a fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the founder on strategic initiatives, business growth, and partnerships.
2. Conduct market research and competitive analysis in OTT, content distribution, and SaaS.
3. Assist in investor relations, fundraising material preparation, and communication.
4. Support product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
5. Drive special projects related to OTT distribution, licensing, and SaaS expansion.
6. Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for leadership review.
7. Solve operational bottlenecks by working across multiple teams.

What We’re Looking For

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Media, Technology, or related fields (MBA is a plus).
2. 0–3 years of experience in consulting, startups, media-tech, or related industries.
3. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
5. Passion for OTT, content distribution, SaaS, and the creator economy.
6. A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.
