AI Engineer

Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and aspiring AI Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join
our innovative team in Bangalore. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual
eager to grow their career in Artificial Intelligence. You will contribute to the development,
testing, and deployment of AI/ML models and Generative AI applications, working
closely with senior engineers and data scientists. Your strong foundational knowledge in
machine learning, deep learning, and programming (Python) will be crucial as you help
bring cutting-edge AI solutions to life for our enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
● Assist in the development, implementation, and fine-tuning of Machine Learning
and Deep Learning models under the guidance of senior engineers.
● Contribute to projects involving Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer
Vision, or Generative AI, based on project needs.

● Perform essential data preprocessing, data cleaning, and data augmentation to
prepare datasets for model training.
● Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python for model development,
experimentation, and scripting.
● Run and analyze experiments to evaluate model performance, and contribute to
model optimization efforts.
● Help integrate AI models into existing software systems or applications, often by
contributing to API development.
● Collaborate with data scientists and MLOps teams to ensure models are ready for
deployment and monitoring.
● Conduct thorough testing of AI models and contribute to debugging and
troubleshooting.
● Stay updated with fundamental concepts and emerging trends in AI, machine
learning, and Generative AI.
● Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a
closely related quantitative field.
● 1-2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development, either through
professional roles, significant internships, or impactful academic projects.
● Solid programming skills in Python, with familiarity using relevant libraries (e.g.,
NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
● Foundational understanding of Machine Learning concepts and algorithms (e.g.,
supervised, unsupervised learning).
● Basic hands-on experience with at least one Deep Learning framework such as
TensorFlow or PyTorch.
● Familiarity with concepts in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer
Vision, or Generative AI.
● Experience with data handling and preprocessing techniques.
● Basic understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
● Eagerness to learn, strong problem-solving aptitude, and a proactive approach to
tasks.
● Good communication and teamwork skills.
