Job Title: Full Stack Developer

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Full Stack Developer to join our growing technology team. If you are passionate about developing scalable web applications, solving real-world problems, and working across the tech stack, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable web applications across the full stack (frontend & backend)

2. Create and integrate RESTful APIs with frontend applications

3. Write clean, modular, and maintainable code with a focus on performance and scalability

4. Participate in code reviews, testing, and other quality assurance activities

5. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features

6. Maintain and improve existing codebases and peer review code changes

7. Deploy applications using modern DevOps tools and methodologies

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

1. Proficient in JavaScript with hands-on experience in React.js (or similar frontend frameworks)

2. Strong backend experience with Node.js, or experience with similar frameworks like Django or Spring Boot

3. In-depth knowledge of RESTful API design, integration, and best practices

4. Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, and optionally NoSQL databases

5. Familiarity with version control systems (Git), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines

6. Good understanding of modern development tools and agile practices

Nice-to-Have:

1. Experience working with AWS cloud services

2. Exposure to microservices architecture

3. Ability to optimize applications for speed and scalability

4. Problem-solving mindset with a collaborative spirit
