Role Summary:
xCelero’s Product Engineers are execution specialists who embed directly into ProtoCo teams and internal builder tools. You’ll help teams ship v0.1, scale MVPs, and build infra to accelerate 100+ venture builds. You aren’t shipping client projects—you’re creating startups, IP, and reusable infrastructure across the studio ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Join ProtoCos during build sprints to ship products and features
• Build and maintain Studio internal tools (dashboards, SPV ops, OS layer)
• Collaborate with GPs, CTOs, and Visiting Partners to accelerate dev velocity
• Architect cross-venture libraries, frameworks, and product scaffolds
• Support product validation, user onboarding, and iterative launches

Qualifications:

• 3–7 years building full-stack products in fast-paced startup settings
• Ability to work across frontend/backend, ideally with AI/infra exposure
• Passion for early-stage building, zero-to-one problem solving
• Strong product mindset; collaborative with non-technical founders

Estimated Headcount:
3–5 Engineers across strategic domains (e.g., AI Studio, UrbanTech, Fintech)
