Role Summary:
xCelero is deploying $1Bn+ via lean, dynamic SPVs—not traditional venture funds. As Fund Controller, you’ll design and operate the capital engine behind 100+ spinouts. You’ll manage SPV structuring, LP coordination, regulatory compliance, and capital flows. You’ll be embedded with the GP team, not siloed in back office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Structure monthly SPVs and custom vehicles for spinouts
• Oversee LP onboarding, compliance, and reporting
• Track portfolio-wide capital movement and fund performance
• Interface with legal on structuring and investor docs
• Support carry allocation models and real-time dashboards

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years in fund ops, private equity, or startup capital management
• Deep experience with SPVs, rolling funds, or non-traditional venture capital vehicles
• Highly analytical, detail-driven, and capital fluent
• Comfortable in lean teams, fast-paced execution environments
