About ContentKosh

ContentKosh is an education-focused content company working with coaching institutes, schools, and colleges across India. We specialize in exam-oriented study material, test series, notes, current affairs, translations, and digital learning content. We are building scalable content systems and an upcoming LMS platform.

Now, we are looking for a Co-Founder (Content) who can take full ownership of the content vertical and grow it into a strong, scalable business pillar.

🎯 Role Overview

As a Co-Founder – Content, you will be responsible for strategy, creation, quality control, and scaling of all academic and educational content at ContentKosh.

This is a leadership + execution role, ideal for someone who understands education, exams, and content operations deeply.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead the entire content ecosystem (academic & exam-focused)

• Plan and execute content strategy for:

  • Notes & study material
  • Test series & MCQs
  • Current affairs
  • School & coaching content
  • Hindi & English translations

• Manage content teams (subject experts, writers, editors, translators)

• Ensure content accuracy, quality, and exam relevance

• Standardize workflows, formats, and content pipelines

• Collaborate with tech & marketing teams for LMS, YouTube, and digital products

• Innovate using AI tools to scale content faster

• Help shape business strategy, pricing, and offerings from a content perspective

✅ Who Should Apply

• Strong background in education / coaching / academic content
• Experience with competitive exams (UPSC, CUET, SSC, Banking, State exams, School boards, etc.)
• Ability to lead teams and systems, not just write content
• Comfortable with Hindi & English educational content
• Entrepreneurial mindset – ready to build, experiment, and scale
• Prior experience in edtech, publishing, coaching institutes, or content startups is a big plus
