About the job

The HR & Admin Specialist plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR functions and center's operations. This role is responsible for coordinating recruitment, onboarding and manage the whole employee life cycle to create a smooth internal operations and a 5-stars employee experience.

Human Resources

  • Be responsible for end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth on-boarding & off-boarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with payroll calculation & SHUI declaration.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, internal communications, and recognition programs.
  • Attend job fair, school events and other engagement activities.
  • Support in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

Administration

  • Manage office supplies, facilities, and general office maintenance.
  • Handle travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and visitor coordination.
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, presentations, and internal memos.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Provide support in internal audits and workplace inspections as needed.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a combined HR & Admin role
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS, timekeeping systems)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English (4 skills)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage multiple tasks, and work under pressure
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused
