Chief of Staff

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO, managing internal and external priorities.

Oversee critical projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Coordinate communication and collaboration across departments to enhance operational effectiveness.

Facilitate strategic planning processes and monitor execution against company goals.

Manage key stakeholder relationships and represent executive leadership when necessary.

Good to have:

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in management consulting, executive support, or strategic operations, preferably within renewable energy, technology, or sustainability sectors.

Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
