Product Designer

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Product Designer to join our design team and take the lead in crafting exceptional user experiences across a wide range of products. You’ll work on everything from mobile apps that empower farmers to web-based dashboards and transactional systems for businesses. What You’ll Do

• Design with Purpose: Develop intuitive, user-centric designs for mobile and web products, focusing on usability and aesthetics.
• Own the Process: Work closely with product managers, developers, clients & customer success teams to turn concepts into impactful designs.
• Shape Products: Contribute to farmer-facing apps, B2B systems & dashboards with a strong focus on creating meaningful experiences.
• Lead by Example: Create and maintain design systems, mentor junior designers, and ensure design consistency across products.

What We’re Looking For

Design Skills

• UI/UX Expertise: You have extensive experience designing user interfaces and crafting seamless user experiences for both mobile and web platforms.
• Prototyping Mastery: You’re proficient in Figms tools and you can create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Research-Driven: You excel at user research, conducting interviews, and usability testing to make informed design decisions.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design preferred, but we welcome exceptional candidates with a strong portfolio and a startup mindset, even if they have less formal experience.
