The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Flutter Developer to join our frontend team and take the lead in building a wide range of products. You’ll work on everything from mobile apps that empower farmers to web-based dashboards and transactional systems for businesses. This isn’t just a coding role—it’s a chance to own your projects, collaborate across teams, and deliver solutions that will make a real difference in the Agri Food Supply Ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

• Build with Flutter – Develop mobile & web apps in Flutter (including Flutter Web) with a focus on UX & responsiveness.
  
• Own the Process – Work with designers, backend engineers & customer success to turn ideas into polished products.
  
• Shape Products – Contribute to farmer-facing apps, B2B systems & dashboards.
  
• Lead by Example – Write clean, maintainable code & mentor junior developers.

What We’re Looking For

Technical Skills

• Flutter Expertise: You’re extremely proficient in Flutter, comfortable with both mobile and web development. We use Bloc for state management and follow Clean Code architecture, but if you’re a Flutter pro, adapting to our libraries won’t be an issue.
  
• Web Thinking: Since you’ll work on Flutter Web, you should understand responsiveness and frontend best practices to create seamless web experiences.
  
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in mobile or web development preferred, but we welcome exceptional candidates with a strong portfolio and a startup mindset, even if they have less formal experience.
