Role Overview:
We are looking for a Full Stack MERN Developer with expertise in Node.js, React.js, and MongoDB. Blockchain knowledge is a plus. The ideal candidate will develop scalable web applications, APIs, and work on integrating blockchain solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Frontend Development – Build intuitive and responsive React.js applications with modern UI/UX best practices.
✅ Backend Development – Develop robust Node.js applications and optimize RESTful & GraphQL APIs.
✅ Database Management – Work with MongoDB, ensuring efficient data handling and indexing.
✅ Blockchain Integration (Preferred) – Implement Web3 functionalities, smart contracts, and decentralized solutions.
✅ Cloud & DevOps – Deploy applications using AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, or other cloud platforms.
✅ Performance & Security – Optimize system performance, API security, and authentication (OAuth, JWT).
✅ Collaboration – Work closely with UI/UX designers, product teams, and blockchain developers.

Requirements:
🔹 3-5 years of experience as a Full Stack MERN Developer.
🔹 Proficiency in Node.js, React.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
🔹 Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, and Next.js (preferred).
🔹 Experience with RESTful & GraphQL API development.
🔹 Familiarity with blockchain/Web3.js, Ethereum, or Solidity is a plus.
🔹 Experience with Docker, AWS, Firebase, or CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
🔹 Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
