Lead Artificial Intelligence Researcher

Key Responsibilities

• Lead research initiatives in machine learning and artificial intelligence, focusing on areas such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, generative models, and natural language processing.
• Develop novel AI algorithms and frameworks, advancing the state of the art in machine learning.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate research findings into scalable, real-world applications.
• Mentor and guide junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI and machine learning, identifying opportunities to apply cutting-edge techniques to solve industry challenges.

Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in conducting and publishing research in machine learning or AI, with a strong portfolio of peer-reviewed papers.
• Deep expertise in one or more of the following areas: reinforcement learning, generative AI, computer vision, deep learning, or natural language processing.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Proven ability to lead and execute research projects from conception to implementation.

Preferred:

• Experience as a lead researcher in high-impact AI/ML projects.
