Founding Senior Software Engineer

As we prepare to scale, we are looking for a Technical Co-Founder/CTO to lead our technical vision, build scalable solutions, and drive innovation that will transform the lives of our clients.

The Role
As the Technical Co-Founder/CTO, you will lead the architecture and development of our platform and oversee all technical aspects of the company. You will work closely with the CEO, advisors, and coaches to translate our ambitious goals into transformative technology. This is a hands-on, leadership role requiring technical expertise, strategic vision, and a passion for innovation.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a technical leader with an exceptional background and a deep proficiency in the following areas:
Core Technical Skills and Expertise

Programming Proficiency
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
Strong understanding of data structures (e.g., arrays, linked lists, trees, graphs) and algorithms (e.g., sorting, searching, dynamic programming).

Machine Learning
Solid understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
Knowledge of algorithms like linear regression, decision trees, SVM, and k-means.
Experience with libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.

Deep Learning
Expertise in neural networks (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, transformers).
Proficiency in deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Experience with model training, tuning, and optimization.

Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Understanding of NLP techniques (e.g., tokenization, lemmatization, POS tagging, named entity recognition).
Familiarity with advanced language models like BERT, GPT, and their variants.
Experience with text generation models and fine-tuning pre-trained models.

Computer Vision
Knowledge of computer vision techniques such as image processing, object detection, and recognition.
Experience with convolutional neural networks for vision-related tasks.

Data Processing and Analysis
Strong skills in handling and preprocessing large datasets, including cleaning and normalization.
Proficiency with data analysis tools like Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.

Version Control
Proficiency with version control systems like Git for collaboration and code management.

Cloud Computing
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Knowledge of leveraging GPU resources for training large-scale models.

Software Engineering
Understanding of design patterns and best practices for scalable systems.
Ability to develop and deploy APIs using frameworks like Flask, Django, or FastAPI.

Cybersecurity
Awareness of cybersecurity principles to ensure secure model deployment.

Research and Problem-Solving
Ability to stay updated with the latest research in AI.
Strong problem-solving skills to optimize models and tackle complex AI challenges.

Mathematics
Understanding of linear algebra, calculus, and optimization techniques (e.g., gradient descent).
Proficiency in probability and statistics for implementing machine learning models.

Domain-Specific Knowledge
Relevant knowledge in health and wellness or a willingness to quickly adapt and learn.

Ethical Considerations
Understanding of AI ethics, including fairness, transparency, and privacy concerns.

Collaboration and Communication
Ability to work in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
